Anky Aarts
​​Anky is an Integrative Osteopathic therapist (CSMT) and a registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with MTANS (Massage Therapist’s Association of Nova Scotia). She earned a master's in psychology and doctorandus degree in philosphy. She is certified in a variety of somatic psychology therapies, in physiotherapy, auricular medicine, and functional medicine.

Anky is a certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Psychotherapy (SEP + ISP) therapist, and in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing).
She trained for decades in Systemic Trauma Constellations, Identity Oriented Psychotherapy (IoPT), and with Janina's Fisher's Clinical Complex Trauma therapy.
